PAYMENT
Is my payment secure?
Scaly Online Store, every purchase is made with maximum
security.
We only use protected connections, as demonstrated by the
« https » URL prefix and the lock symbol that appears in the
browser’s address bar.
To safeguard your credit card purchases, you will always be
asked to enter your CVV code for every order.
Our Payments department may carry out anti-fraud checks
before approving the transaction, and for greater protection,
they may contact you for further details before confirming
the order.
What payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
DELIVERY
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Shipments usually take 1-5 business days to arrive. Please
note that time may vary due to weather, customs, or any
unforeseen variables.

What courier providers do you use?
All orders are shipped via AusPost.
Can I use a PO Box for my delivery address?
Yes, however, we don’t take responsibility for lost parcels to
PO boxes.
Can multiple orders be combined?
Due to the high volume of orders we cannot combine orders.
Please be sure to place all desired items in the cart before
checking out.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship worldwide.
Has my order been shipped?
If you are purchasing a product from a made-to-order
collection, please refer to shipment specifications on the
particular product details.
If you are purchasing a product that is currently in stock
Please expect it to be shipped within 1-3 business days,
unless it is purchased along with a product from a made-to
order collection.
In that case, when the made-to-order products are ready, the
products will be shipped all together.
I just placed an order. Can I cancel it?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once your
the order has been submitted.
EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
How do I return or exchange a product?
We provide free return shipping for all domestic and
international orders within 14 days of delivery. Initiate your
return by logging into your account. Under "Order History,"
select "Make A Return."
For guest checkouts or additional assistance, email
scalymates@gmail.com with the following information.
1. Your order number (or name and address).
2. Specify the item for return/exchange and provide a reason
(e.g., wrong size, not as pictured). Ensure the product(
s) are brand new with original tags, labels, and packaging.
For defects, include a description and
photos of the defect.
Will I have to pay for the return shipping?
We provide free return shipping for all domestic and
International orders within 14 days of delivery.
When will I receive my store credit?
Once returned items are received, we can either issue store
credit for you within 2-3 business days or refund your
payment within about 15 days.

Can you hold products for me?
Due to limited quantities, we are not able to hold
products.
Where else can I find Scaly Products?
At this time, all Satisfy products are sold exclusively on our
website and at select retailers. You can view our stockists
