Our shipping policy

Scaly Mates has teamed up with Take3forthesea to help reduce our environmental footprint even more with all our shipping costs going directly to them. There message is simple Take 3 pieces of rubbish with you when you leave the beach, waterway or…anywhere and you’ve made a difference. Take 3 are a not-for- profit organisation established in 2009 based in Sydney, Australia.They also deliver education programs to inspire our global community to help create a cleaner planet for wildlife and future generations.

We dispatch items purchased within 1-3 business days. We send via Australia Post so please allow for potentially delays if ordered over the weekend or on a Public Holiday. 

Returns

If you receive any merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us within 7 days. Please ensure it is in the condition that you received it and we will happily exchange the style or size. If size or style is out of stock we can look to give a store credit. However we only issue a refund if the item you received is faulty or damaged. Post it back and we will happily ship your size exchange request back to you. Please allow for potential delays.

For international orders, we cannot accept returns so please shop carefully. Please still email us and we can see if there’s anything we can do to help though. It’s also at the customers responsibility to pay for all import taxes.

All Pre-order orders and Cut and Sew pieces (*says Cut and Sew in bottom of description of garment) cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
